Scholarship Application Deadline Extended to March 31, 2020
The application deadline for two scholarship opportunities for new high school students to Eastern Mennonite School for the 2020-21 school year has been extended to March 31, 2020.
The Blauch Brothers STEM Scholarship is new in the 2020-21 academic year, thanks to a partnership with Blauch Brothers Mechanical Contracting Services. The scholarship provides up to $3,000 per year for qualifying new students rising grades 9 through 12 with interests in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
The Ignite your Flame Scholarship, offers new students in rising grades 9 through 12 up to 50% off high school tuition. The scholarship recognizes students who are developing an awareness of their unique inner “flame:” the talents, interests and gifts they have to offer the world.
Eastern Mennonite School welcomes all students regardless of faith background or family income. The school is committed to working with families to make attendance at EMS as affordable as possible, keeping in mind that families are investing in their child’s growth and education when paying tuition.
One or more recipients of each scholarship will be chosen. Recipients will be notified starting April 1.
Scholarship recipients must qualify for FACTS tuition assistance. Scholarship discount will be applied after tuition assistance is calculated.
