National Honor Society

National Honor Society is a nationwide organization for high school students. Participants are invited to join based on four criteria: scholarship, leadership, service, and character. EMHS faculty sponsors empower and support our students to grow in these four areas through a school NHS chapter.

The group meets monthly to plan and touch base on their required service hours and other expectations. Activities include organizing an annual blood drive, serving in a booth at the Virginia Mennonite Relief Sale, raising funds to gather hygiene kits for Mennonite Central Committee.
