Thanksgiving 2022

As we head into Thanksgiving break and begin the season of Advent, we look back at fall 2022 and all it has offered our community: friendships old and new, learning in classrooms and beyond, opportunities to serve others, and health and well being or a network of encouragement and support in hard times. We thank God for generous people who are part of this community and make it all possible. We wish all of our students, families, alumni and supporters a blessed Thanksgiving!
Former athletic director, Dave Bechler, with Sherm Eberly, former administrator and basketball coach, and Leo Heatwole '68. As a farmer's son, Heatwole was permitted to play one sport and chose basketball, missing out on the chance to play soccer, but being part of the EMHS early basketball days. Since then, he has been a staunch supporter of EMS athletics who has seen hundreds of soccer matches, as well as volleyball, basketball, tennis and other EMS athletics. Thank you Leo!
